These Terms of Service (‘Terms’) govern your access to and use of the 4theONE Foundation website located at https://4theone.org and any related services (collectively, the ‘Services’). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

  1. About 4theONE Foundation

4theONE Foundation is a Texas-based 501(c)(3) charitable organization established in 2015. We are dedicated to locating and recovering missing, exploited, and sex-trafficked youth. All services provided to families and law enforcement are offered at no cost.

  1. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:

  • Use the Services to harass, threaten, or harm any person.
  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
  • Impersonate any person or entity, including law enforcement or Foundation staff.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services or related systems.
  • Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access or collect information from the Services without our written permission.
  • Use the Services in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair our website or servers.
  1. Case Referrals and Information Submissions

If you submit a case referral, missing person report, or other information through the Services, you represent that the information provided is accurate to the best of your knowledge. Submitting false or misleading information may interfere with active law enforcement investigations and may subject you to civil or criminal liability.

The Foundation does not guarantee any particular outcome with respect to any case. Our ability to assist depends on the information provided and the circumstances of each case.

  1. Donations

Charitable donations made through the Services are processed by our third-party donation platform (Bloomerang). All donations are subject to that platform’s terms and conditions. 4theONE Foundation is a registered 501(c)(3) organization; donations may be tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law. Please consult your tax advisor.

  1. Text Message Communications (SMS)

With your prior written or verbal consent, the Foundation may send you text messages (SMS) for purposes including appointment reminders and updates regarding a missing person case. By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you agree to receive such messages.

The Foundation provides information and assistance as a charitable service. We are not a law enforcement agency. Nothing on this website constitutes legal advice.
